WILDFIRE Release — 22nd July

Dear readers and friends,

A couple of short weeks ago, I shared a post on my Substack (the home of my more informal ramblings), where I alluded to a new poetry collection.

Now, all having gone to plan (along with a speedy shipment of the Proof copy!) I am delighted to announce that my debut poetry collection Wildfire will be released next month, on July 22nd. In the coming weeks leading up to Wildfire’s release, I will be sharing a little more on this collection – including some sneak peaks and audio recordings.

For now, suffice it to say that it came together like wildfire. Although the poems span many years of my life, a culmination of recent events and inspiration, and quite simply the deep jungle where I live, brought the book together. I am very excited to share this work with you all – which I know will be the first of many collections devoted to Mother Earth.

Today, one month from Wildfire’s release, is also the day that my husband begins his summer tour of Canada. It is my absolute honour and pleasure to be creating side-by-side, even when we are not together in the physical. Our missions in life intertwine in many ways, particularly when it comes to the messages we share through our art, and the ways in which we seek to inspire through love. I wish him the best for the beginning of this adventure, and I hope you will join me in celebrating.
