“I got a treatment from Cara. It was incredible. I am pregnant myself and felt like me and my baby went all the way back to the womb of Mother Earth together. I forgot how full relaxation actually felt in my body. Wow. She put me into the most beautiful scene deep into the forest on a bed of moss by a rushing river. There was a baby deer sleeping nearby so I knew I was safe to rest there. Each of her slight movements felt like the current of the river swaying my body or the pulse of the ground beneath me. “Being hosted at Cara’s amazing and peaceful rooftop house in the Jungle overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Costa Rica was one of the highlights of my trip.
