Can you please just go away

It’s clear I’m in a mood

I don’t want you here right now

Just leave, and let me brood

When storm clouds roll in

You don’t stand there in the rain

As you leave then, for dryer turf

Please go: it’s not your pain

Leave and let me be

Stop staring, judging me

This is my space, let me be free

I want some privacy

Don’t ask me any questions

I don’t want to answer you

Don’t try to solve this puzzle

Of why it is, that I’m blue

And when you go, that’s the time

That this all starts to clear

As the pressure goes, to be her

I’ll relax, let go of fear

So leave and let me be

Away from stares judging me

Give me the space, to be free

And heal in privacy
